Facing rising administrative costs in 2013, the VMOptions Web Directory is increasing submission review fees for all commercial and non-commercial listings. Eligible non-profit organizations may still seek a full submission review fee waiver by contacting us first for approval.
The VMOptions Web Directory is now including microformat structured data in qualified commercial and non-profit listings. This use of semantic data will assist users by providing detailed contact information, when available.
On November 15, 2012 the submission review fees on the VMOptions will increase by $5. Those that read this news will understand why we are increasing the review fees in an ongoing effort to maintain a quality web directory.
Effective 11/1/2011, two important changes will be made at the VMOptions Web Directory. First, the default listing sort in each category will not be determined by pagerank. Every new listing from this date forward will appear at the top of its most appropriate category if/when approved by editors. In addition to this, our submission review fees will be increased.
